Gatherings
Dedicated to supporting sustainability we start our sourcing on our own farm and continue to connect your guests to the Hamptons terroir through our close relationships with local farmers of land and sea. We design menus to highlight the brilliance of seasonal eating while thoughtfully curating sustainable, farm fresh products from other areas. Our center-of-the-plate items focus on pasture-raised and grass-fed proteins, and our vegetables come from local, organic produce farmers.

Weddings
The pantry that supports our cooking is rooted in the techniques of fermentation that carry the deep nutritive elements, incredible flavors and delicacies of these transformational foods. Through this process we are able to utilize the abundance and availability of one season, capturing and enhancing their flavors to design unique menus that subtly include these products when they are not locally available. In doing so, we create our own vinegars, miso pastes, shoyus, garams, charcuterie, cheese, bread, condiments, sauces, vegetables and more.

Our full service event planning organizes and works seamlessly with other vendors and creators who share in the passion of coming together for one goal. You. Although we are based in East Hampton, NY we bring our fires to any location around the world.

A time honored tradition to celebrate life, friends, and family in a most festive way. The whole animal cooking experience raises the barn in bringing a group of people together who want all the elements of an open fire event with that nostalgic, backyard feel to it.
Sample menus
Our menus go beyond the farm to table. They are rooted in the magic that wild foods, herbs, cultivated vegetables, and techniques of fermentation offer to enliven the senses and support the wellness of our bodies and nature. Inspired by the inherent relationship between people, food and plants our ingredients are carefully sourced with those that are organically grown from the Around the Fire Farm, other local farmers, sustainably raised meats, as well as consciously caught bay and ocean catches from our local fishermen. Our motto is ‘local food with global flavors.’
